UCUCC All-Church Summer Camp
July 5-10, 2020
Earthkeeping: A Christian Call to Care for Creation
Get away this summer with your family and friends from church. No cooking, no dishes,
no deadlines, just connection, growth, and fun!
During our morning programs, David Roon will guide us in exploring questions of faith, science, and environmental stewardship, including insight from
native American cultures. During the afternoon: rest, play, swim, converse, knit, puzzle, read—you decide!Every evening join new and old friends in the different scheduled activities—share your talents, sing, dance, tell a joke, and enjoy fresh salmon on the beach.
The book selection this year is Braiding Sweetgrass: Indigenous Wisdom, Scientific Knowledge, and the Teachings of Plants, by Robin Kimmerer.
